We will celebrate the entire day in Hotel Hanasaari, as this beautiful venue offers everything we need to make our day both special and smooth.

Arriving to the Ceremony

When you arrive to Hanasaari, you can find the venue for the ceremony on the second floor, up the stairs from the hotel lobby; Sonny’s best men Bas and Gijs will welcome you and guide you to the ceremony.

Lunch at Hotel Hanasaari Saturday 10.5.2025

For the guests who have preordered the lunch, it will be served at 12 o’clock in the restaurant of the hotel, located on the 2nd floor, up the stairs from the hotel lobby. You can pay your lunch in the restaurant.

Photos During the Wedding Day

Our wedding photographer Minna will be there to make sure that everyone gets amazing photo memories from the day. It is good to be mindful during the short ceremony and allow her to do her magic, so please keep your phones tucked away during that time.
During the wedding day we are welcoming you to capture many photo memories of the day and take pictures freely; there will be a few disposable cameras for everyone to use, and we have also created an event to a shared photo app called POV.

Pool Party on Sunday 11.5.2025

For Sunday May 11th, we have booked the hotel pool and sauna area just for us to continue our celebrations in the form of a pool party, and this will take place between 12pm and 2pm at the hotel sauna and swimming pool area on the 1st floor.
